The ISABS Mumbai Chapter Spring Event has been announced. It is called Tarang, and will take place from the 29th Feb 2008 to 4th March 2008. I have added the brouchre in pdf format for download.
Update:Vikram has modified the Tarang Brochure to address concerns about the fee and scholarships available to self-sponsored participants. This should make it clearer.
Update1: The brochure now mentions the feed for self-sponsored participants to be Rs.11,000/- for clarity. Additionally, the nomination form now has a page to itself, to make printing it out for submission more convenient.

Hi Friends,
There have been quite a bit of queries about the additional cost and whether there is a different rate for self-sponsored individuals.
Different rates are available for self-sponsored individuals and for NGO participants. However, the difference is that instead of of a rack rate, we will offer specific scholarships to individuals understanding their needs.
We have formulated a scholarship policy, which would hopefully ensure that the discounts are provided appropriately and helps all individuals.
We anticipate that scholarship amount available would be between Rs. 3000/- to Rs. 15,000/- for each person applying.
So please pass the word around.
