The first meeting of the new PDP Study Group
The 1st meeting of the study group will be held on 4th May 2008 in Sushma’s office in the afternoon. I will confirm the time and the address to you in a follow-up mail. This is an advance notice, for you to block your time.
The agenda of the meeting would be as follows:
- Share our individual PDP journey , so far
- Consolidate the ideas that have been received
- Plan a structure and way forward for the study group.
- We can keep some time in the end for any other things that we may want to take up as PDP group.

Hi Gauri, Vidyut,
I am excited about the PDP group initiative you have created. It goes with my own idea of an active PDP community
which binds the chapter and and partners the professional member community in keeping the chapter activities alive and relevant.
Kudos to you for setting this up and doing all the background work.
I believe some concerns have been raised about the PDP group processes being hijacked by professional members.
I want to assure the PDP group that that you hold the autonomy for this group, and I believe it can be only healthy if there is a forum where professional members and PDP participants participate and communicate together on development and learning themes… What can be a better place to work on our relationship with authority?
I am committed to making this work, and will support this.. of course, the charge is in your hands.
